Digital Products Refunds and Returns Policy

Digital Products Refunds and Returns Policy

At Resources Center, we provide digital educational and professional materials, including Test Banks, Solutions Manuals, eBooks, reference guides, and other downloadable resources. All products are delivered electronically.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree to the terms outlined below, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Digital Products and Delivery

Our products are digital materials delivered electronically and made available through a download link after successful payment.

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, a purchase of a Test Bank or Solutions Manual does not include the physical textbook or a complete textbook eBook.

Product descriptions identify the available material, title, author, edition, ISBN, and other relevant details whenever available. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing.

Publisher-Provided Materials

Some of our educational materials are obtained directly from publishers' dedicated instructor platforms or authorized sources.

These materials are provided in their original format, as made available by the publisher. We do not independently create, rewrite, edit, add, remove, or alter the publisher's questions, answers, explanations, or chapter organization.

The number of questions and the structure of the materials may vary between chapters and editions, depending on what the publisher provides. A difference in the number of questions between chapters does not, by itself, indicate that files are missing or incomplete.

Samples and Preview Materials

Sample files and preview pages are provided to help customers understand the general format, structure, and type of material offered before purchasing.

A sample is only a preview and does not represent the complete purchased product. The full product may contain additional files, chapters, questions, answers, or other materials, depending on the publisher's available resources.

Before You Purchase

Before completing an order, customers should carefully verify:

  • Book Title: The exact title of the required textbook or material.
  • Edition: The specific edition required for the course.
  • Author: The author or authors of the required textbook.
  • ISBN: The ISBN, when available, to help identify the correct edition.
  • Product Type: Whether the listing is for a Test Bank, Solutions Manual, eBook, or another digital resource.
  • Product Description: The description, sample materials, and available product information.

Customers should not assume that purchasing a Test Bank or Solutions Manual means purchasing the textbook itself.

Refund Eligibility

Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded immediately, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests for products that have not been accessed or downloaded may be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Refund requests may be declined in the following circumstances, subject to applicable law:

  • Wrong Item or Edition: The customer selected the wrong title, author, edition, or ISBN.
  • Incorrect Expectations: The customer expected a physical textbook or complete textbook eBook when the listing clearly identified a different digital product.
  • Change of Mind: The customer no longer needs the materials or changes their course, major, or study requirements.
  • Question Quantity: The customer is dissatisfied with the number of questions in individual chapters when the files match the publisher-provided materials.
  • Publisher Formatting: The customer dislikes the original presentation, organization, or formatting of materials supplied by the publisher.
  • Sample Differences: The customer expects the sample preview to contain the same quantity of material as the complete product.
  • Duplicate Purchase: The customer places multiple orders for the same digital product and has accessed or downloaded the materials.

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or remedy that may be required by applicable law.

Technical Problems and Missing Files

If you experience difficulty downloading, extracting, opening, or accessing your purchased files, please contact our support team before submitting a refund request.

Many digital products are delivered as ZIP archives containing multiple files. Customers may need to extract the ZIP archive before accessing the individual chapters and documents.

For example:

  • Windows: Right-click the ZIP file, select "Extract All," and open the extracted folder.
  • macOS: Double-click the ZIP file to extract its contents, then open the resulting folder.
  • iPhone or iPad: Save the ZIP file to the Files app, locate it, and tap it once to extract the contents.

If a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible, or materially different from the product description due to a verified issue on our end, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement, or other suitable resolution.

Incorrect Title or Edition

If you discover that you purchased the wrong title or edition, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before accessing or downloading the product.

To help verify your request, we may ask you to provide:

  • A clear photograph of the physical textbook cover; or
  • An official document or screenshot from your university or college showing the required textbook title and edition.

We will compare the information with your order and review the available options. Where appropriate, an exchange for the correct version may be offered at our discretion.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact our support team first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

We take payment disputes seriously and retain relevant transaction and digital delivery records, which may include:

  • Order details and payment information.
  • Product descriptions and checkout acknowledgments.
  • Download timestamps and access records.
  • Available IP address and device information.
  • Order confirmation and download instruction emails.
  • Customer support correspondence.

When a payment dispute is submitted, we may provide relevant records and supporting documentation to our payment processor and the issuing bank in response to the dispute.

Each dispute is reviewed based on its specific circumstances. A download record may help establish that digital materials were accessed, but it does not independently establish who authorized a payment.

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases where there is documented evidence of payment abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated misuse of our services, subject to applicable law.
